Label TextGeorge Speake (1903-1981) was born in Birmingham, England. He was an artist and signwriter who settled in London, Ontario. In the 1920's he began working at The Signry Limited, a paint and sign shop that was renamed to C.E. Marley Limited. This tag is from an annual company picnic that was held for workers and their families.
