Label TextJames M. Anderson used his skills as a master tinsmith to make this toy pail with lid in the late 19th century. His daughter, Mildred, recalled playing with it. A McClary Manufacturing Company employee, perhaps Anderson scavenged scraps leftover from larger McClary products to make this and the three other small toys.
