Label TextThis pair of shoes is an example of a popular dress shoe in the Edwardian era (1901-1914). Known as "Colonial Pumps", these shoes are defined by the buckle and large tongue placed low on the vamp. Buckles are usually oval, or rectangle shaped, sometimes with embellishments on them, like this pair has. These shoes were modeled after popular styles from the 18th-century.
