Label TextHere you see the London Tecumseh baseball team. Although the postcard says the team won the International Association for Professional Base Ball Players pennant in 1878, they actually won it in 1877. The team had been established in 1868 with the merger of the Forest City and the London baseball clubs. It was named after the Tecumseh Hotel where the team had been formed.
