Label TextThese date stones came from Victoria Hall, which stood at 394 Clarence Street, on the east side between Dundas and King streets. The Salvation Army building occupied the structure from around 1900 to around 1970. The Salvation Army was established in 1865, in London, United Kingdom. The foundation is based around the Protestant Christian church and provides charitable services in over 400 communities in Canada, and across 134 countries.
