Label TextThis photograph depicts London's Dominion Public Building. Completed in 1936, for many years the building was London's tallest. It was designed by T. W. Fuller, chief architect for the federal Department of Public Works as a Depression-era make work project for the London area. It is a fine example of Art Deco architecture.
