Label TextThis uniform belonged to Londoner Jim Romard (1925-1985). Originally from Prince Edward Island, Jim moved to London in the 1940s. He worked for Union Gas out of the London district office during the 1960s and 1970s and played for the company fastball team. Union Gas had a long tradition of fielding baseball, hockey and other sports teams, not just in London but in other communities, too. The Union Gas teams competed with other local company teams, sometimes at a high amateur level.
