Label TextThis circa 1940 Labatt serving tray proclaims that the company’s beers were union made. In this way, the Labatt brewery encouraged unionized workers to drink its beers. John Labatt had accepted the International Union of Brewery Workers in 1907 after unionized workers in London boycotted his company’s products.
