Label TextLondon's Western Fair Association was founded in 1867 through the amalgamation of the East Middlesex Agricultural Society and the London District Horticultural and Agricultural Society. The first official meeting of the Western Fair Association was held the following year, which was also the inaugural year for the annual Western Fair. The fair has occurred annually, apart from during and just after the Second World War (1939-1947) and in 2020 and 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
