Label TextJoyce Shack received the doll carriage for her third birthday in 1937 from her grandmother, she believes. As Joyce remembers it, her parents could never have afforded such a thing during the Depression but her grandmother was slightly better off. Shack believes the carriage may have come from Eaton’s but there is no maker’s mark.
