Label TextPatricia Ruddy wore this blazer when she attended Alma College in the mid-1950s. Founded in 1877, the college offered girls a program of study designed to “make their lives useful and happy…” Over the decades, the school adapted with the changing times but in 1988, it closed. From the beginning, Alma College prided itself on the number of its graduates who found “lucrative appointments” upon graduation.
