Label TextThe jug is from the London Winery Ltd., founded in 1925 by A. N. Knowles and his brother, Joseph. The family began the winery by buying an existing license from Giovanni Paproni. The liquor control board did not allow the retailing of wine until 1927. London Winery products were sold through pharmacies. London Winery was sold to Vincor International on December 19, 1996.
