Label TextThe London Soap Company was the oldest continuously operating soap company in Canada when it unfortunately burned to the ground in 1984. The company opened around 1875 and was acquired by the Phillips family in 1911. The Phillips' ran the company until 1978 and then sold the building to the Thames River Conservation Authority.
