Label TextWith his business established, in 1935, Bill Agnos could afford to bring his wife, Pinio, and their children to London from Greece. Among the few belongings Pinio brought with her was this embroidered tablecloth. Wives and unmarried children under 18 years old of men legally resident in Canada were among the few groups the federal government admitted to Canda during the Great Depression.
