Label Text"Although this television bears the Fairbanks label, it was most likely produced by another company and distributed by one of the Fairbanks' 16 outlets across Canada. Sparton of Canada was one known supplier of radios to Fairbanks-Morse. Fairbanks-Morse Canada opened its first Canadian plant in 1876 in Montreal. By the middle of the 20th century, the company was manufacturing a wide variety of goods, from railway locomotives to heating furnaces."
