Label TextThe London Public Library/London Regional Art Gallery purchased this piece as part of the design/build process for the museum at 421 Ridout Street North around 1978. Local London artist, Cliff Kearns, created the artwork, pulling the drawing from blueprints provided by the architect, Raymond Moriyama, to show the building committee what the structure would look like. The actual structure and its landscaping are overall the same but with some interesting differences.
