Label TextThis postcard illustrates a Mardi Gras parade held along Richmond Street as part of the celebrations during the 1908 Old Boys Reunion. Several former Londoners founded the London Old Boys in Toronto in 1896. They inaugurated an annual event that would draw former Londoners back to the city. Upon their return, they would have occasion to visit friends and family but also to be inspired by London’s growth and development.
