Label TextThis is the interior of the London Soda Water Works. James Tune, pictured on the far right, opened the business in 1883. His sons, William Alfred (first from left), Charles Henry (second from left), and John Albert, nicknamed “Nip," (fourth from left) later joined him. The Tunes produced for the local and regional market, one of many such businesses across the province and country.
