Label TextFollowing the Upper Canada Rebellion, London became a garrison town. This gun case belonged to Arthur James Jones who served with the 23rd (Royal Welsh Fusiliers) Regiment of Foot when it was stationed in London either in the mid-1840s or when the regiment returned for the years 1850 to 1853.
