Label TextAfter a fire destroyed the Labatt brewery in 1874, John Labatt rebuilt it bigger and better. This circa 1890 advertisement shows the new, modern facility. To promote his products, Labatt featured his success at international competitions. As well, he included product labels to help build brand recognition.
