Label TextNever strong, Frank Lawson died on October 31, 1911, at only 50-years-old. His son, Ray, a salesman with the company since 1904, became a member of the directorate. By 1913, he arranged to purchase Henry Jones’ shares in the business. Ray Lawson became president of what was still called “Lawson and Jones.”
