Label TextHere you see Londoner Ray Lawson’s court uniform bicorn. Ontario’s seventeenth Lieutenant-Governor from 1946 to 1952, Lawson (1886-1980) had the right to wear the civil uniform of the second class at the royal court. The hat also indicates rank. It features a double gold bullion loop with an ostrich feather border.
