Label TextThis is a practical chair for everyday dining and for special occasions too! Why worry about spills when you could just wipe off the vinyl upholstery? Du Pont marketed one of the first plastic-coated fabrics, Fabrikoid. In the early 20th century, different manufacturers used it for upholstery, luggage, and bookbinding. Fabrikoid’s popularity continued into the 1940s. After, newer more durable vinyls entered the market.
